Language & Translation
Although the official language is Spanish, talks may be presented in English, translation Spanish-English -Spanish, will be provided in all sessions.
Presentations can be presented, without any limitation, in Spanish.
Exhibit
A trade Exhibit will take place on 1
st and 2
nd June at the Church. Coffee and lunch meals will take place at this same area.

Accommodation
We have reserved a quota of rooms in two 4* hotels, both well communicated, for groups and individuals with the best possible rates. Hotels are located an 8-minute drive from the venue of the Course, and a transfer service will be available both early in the morning and at the end of the sessions every day.
The prices detailed in the accommodation form are special for participants. BN&Co. is not responsible for any potential better prices available for the last-minute reservations or on booking websites.
Reservations are limited. We recommend booking well in advance in order to avoid any last minute inconveniences.

Meals and snacks
Conference meals and coffees will take place in the Church, exhibition hall, on 1

Traditional Dinner

Espicha will be held on 1
st June, 2018 at the Llagar de Castiello. This dinner is included in the registration fee. The dinner ticket shall be handed over at the entrance.
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will take place on 2
nd June 2018 at the Regattas Club. Dinner is included in the registration fee. It is mandatory to go the secretariat to choose your table well in advance. The dinner ticket shall be handed over at the Regattas Club entrance.
Badges
A badge will be handed over with all the documentation of the Conference. You should wear it in a visible place both to access the Scientific Sessions and the Trade Show.
Presentations preview
All speakers must submit their presentations well in advance to the technicians, in order to streamline the process and avoid last minute problems.
